the 'sort of' was because the girl does have a disguise when no one knows if she is a girl or boy and the guy respects the boy and is in love with the girl xD
not really the style you want i think. But tokyo crazy paradise is really a boy falling for the girl in guy disguise.
It's not until a long time when he finds out.

in tokyo crazy paradise ryu knows that tsukasa is a girl from a couple years before but hes the only one who knows so everyone else thinks shes a guy but him. so he falls in love with a girl who is going around as a guy.

i havent read the whole thing but from what i have read and at the point that i read, the romantic interest knows she's a girl, and if I remember correctly everyone else that lives in the house with them knows it too. the "love-rival" doesnt know shes a girl and sometimes gets peeved that he pays so much attention to a boy but brushes it off saying that she has nothing to worry about bc its a boy. i havent read far so i dont know if there are any other twists that happen

I think Love in the Mask is what you are looking for. 🙂 Guy falls for main heroine, but he will know that she is a girl only in the end of story. And its really long story! Its really good manhwa, the art is wonderfull and so is plot.
Unfortunately, the translation is not completed. Even one volume has not been ended yet. Though, raws are easy to find.

I heard about that one, but as you say, very little of it is translated... which is very disappointing. Especially now that you've told me that the main heroine's true gender is revealed at the end of the story! GAH! ...I suppose I coudl go hunt down raws, but that just wouldn't be the same, since I wouldn't understand what was going on ;__;
