i'm looking for a manga with some kind of (japanese) spirits or/and gods, for example: natsume yuujinchou, kitsune no yomeiri, wagaya no oinari sama(anime). The genre isn't important, but i have nothing against comedy and the drawings should be good

Quote from tsuto

Inugami - Kind of gorish...
Mushishi
Otogi matsuri
Hyakki Yakoushou

Yup... especially Mushishi.

If you want something lighter with comedy, try Kannagi

A couple obvious ones that come to mind are Ayashi no Ceres and Tenjho Tenge.

EDIT: And Kurohime

Tsk tsk, not one mention on Buddha. Though Buddha isn't technically a Japanese god, I think you'll enjoy this nonetheless.

Kamichu! - I've watched the anime quite a few times and it is one of my favs... I haven't read the manga but I'm sure it's decent. It's about a young girl who somehow becomes a Shinto deity... she interacts with a lot of other shinto gods and two of her friends are priestesses
Kamisama Hajimemashita - another manga about a girl becoming a god; she takes up residence in a shinto shrine
Youkai Gakuenki - a funny shoujo-ai-ish manga about youkai

Ack~ Kamichu was already mentioned...

Nurarihyon no Mago- Has lots of spirits in it, some gods, they play very very minor roles though.

Maimiko Touko no Jikenbo Has several goodlooking male spirits/deities, protagonist is a hardworking Miko.
Mokke two young sisters meet supernatural beings.
Jinjya no Susume is not about spirits and gods but about running a Shinto shrine, which is quite interesting.
