I can't really remember this manga, but it is about a guy who is a star/model but is damnnnn childish when he is around this girl.. then.. one day, the girl decides to leave him.. after one week, she found out that he has not been coming to school because the girl didn't wake the guy up..
somewhere along this line.. any ideas?
