but yea good question, most of the kids all have or had shown family life b/sides naruto/lee and well tenten because noone seems to care.

Maybe she comes from a family that has no shinobi history. You really can't think that all the people in the leaf village are ninja. There are so many other things to be taken care of.

Sakura was pretty much a useless human before she got her super power and medical power. I don't even know why they keep her in Kakashi's team......before she grew up, she had no specialty......

She was part of Kakashi's team because she's the average student. Sasuke's the top of the class and Naruto's the at the very bottom. They explained at the beginning that they averaged the grades to make up the teams, or something like that.

Hmm.... I would have to say that Sakura was supposed to be the balance in the team. If you look at the characters in the beginning... Sasuke is a secluded, but popular among students, "Genius." Naruto is a loudmouthed trouble-maker, but he has a secret he can't share. Sakura is an average person with above average marks in control.
As the manga progresses however, and everyone gets to know each other. Sasuke opens up a little more. Naruto becomes more relaxed and focused and Sakura becomes more brazen in how she approaches things. If we look at their stats Sakura has above average chakra control but not a lot of chakra. Sasuke has decent control and a decent pool of chakra. Naruto is said to have a massive amount of chakra, not including the Kyuubi, to which it's said the Kyuubi is possibly holding Naruto back from using his real power, but he has no real chakra control at all. In the end Team 7/Team Kakashi is actually really well balanced in the beginning. Had some extenuating circumstances not happened to force Sasuke to stray I am sure they would have become an extremely powerful and balanced team.
Though, these are only my personal views and opinions. xD

We were shown that flashback during the preliminaries of the chunin exams, that showed Sakura meeting Ino.

Well it's pretty clear why they were put together, the village was trying to make another set of Legendary Sannin. I mean the first set were all super powerful, even if one turns bad again they'll still have 2 incredibly powerful ninja. And what do you know, each of them just HAPPENED to end up as an apprentice of the Sannin they were all but modeled after. As for Sakura being useless pre-time skip IIRC she had the best score on written tests for the chunin exams and in the ninja school. She also had the most precise control of her chakara out of the three, which is why she was accepted as a medical ninja. I personally would like to know about her past as well, but I have a feeling that that it will probably not happen, most likely she simply has ordinary parents. Of course if you think about it we don't have anything about Naruto's parents either, all theories aside, so it's not all that unusual.

Have you ever noticed that the Team 7 colors stick out? It's like woah, there's red orange and blue! Hey! Team 7! And their hair too! It all matches!! I dunno if that was done of purpose, but I found that pretty nifty.

It's turning into a daytime soap opera! But it is plausible, since we don't know her family and all. Hm, but I wonder if Kishimoto would write her background (other than the forhead-insecurity-issue)... I somehow doubt it. But I still hope that we get to know it.
