Try some of the titles under Rumiko Takahashi. She created series like Ranma1/2 and Inu Yasha.
Actually I think most of her title characters are always bickering

you really should stick to PGE, unless you count the fangirls there is no harem. i dont like them either so avoid them like a plague >_> (all thanks to that idiot manaka from ichigo 100% that scared me for life towards that genre >:-( )
nly one main character likes sunako the other feel for her as a sister/friend.
and i guess your right about most shoujo's. its not constant bickering just the little spark at the beginning that gives me hope that the heroine has a backbone only for her to love the main hero and turn into a weak idiot 😔
...
i think i'm getting bored of shoujo 😲

second all these, also she's done straight romance like maison ikkuku or action like those, so you've got choices

Salad Days, not what your looking for if you want an on going series, but plenty of bickering couples among the stories.

kiddo, well most of your suggestions are probably true as I haven't read most of those (though I will probably not read the gender bender ones).
But as far as I remember the couple in Good Morning Call wasnt all that bickering with each other, just the heroine was sort of angry on the hero for the first few chapters but that was it. Again I read it quite some time ago so I might be wrong.
Chrno Crusade, do not suit to bickering hero and heroine category at all though, as the are not really bickering in there, it is just heroine complaining about the hero, who isn't very responsive on his part.
And yes, i have completely forgotten about Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne though Chiaki is mostly teasing rather than fighting with her, but I guess it suits in.
Ookami to Koushinryou also could suit such couples, though Horo do not really fight with Lawrence they do tease each other constantly.
as i said, i haven't read these series in a long time. some of these are of the first mangas i ever read about three years ago since i do not generally read "bickering couple" mangas anymore. just trying to lend a hand. 😐

For which i am thankful, Kiddo.
Anyhow, it is true that Takahashi Rumiko manga's do usually have bickering hero and heroine, thanks for reminding about that.
As for Salad days, it is a little bit too short for my taste as I would expect a bit longer plot.
Oh, yes, firegoat, I have read through PGE it is not a harem, though it does lack any real development between the main hero and heroine as it is mostly bishounen fanservice ending up with heroines nosebleed.
And bickering itself isnt really bickering, as they are not developed to have that yet. Most of the confrontation happens as in most typical shoujo's cases in the beginning when heroine fights against the "radiant being" while hero himself wasnt (and still isnt) all that bickering.

If you don't mind manhwa , try You're So Cool and The Kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend.
Shoujo: Gokinjo Monogatari and Paradise kiss, Special A, and I second Lovely Complex, is a delightful reading.
Shounen: Kekkaishi (thouhg is mostly a fighting/supernatural-centered plot, there is romance hinted between the two childhood friends protagonists. And, yes, they bicker XD) is the only one popping into my mind at the moment besides the already mentioned Ranma and Inuyasha by Takahashi Rumiko.

You don't have Mel Kano, Kisu yori mo Hayaku, Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen, or Tenjou no Kajitsu. Possible Nodame Cantabile although it's just the guy bickering. Later on in Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu they bicker.

In the Slayers series, the heroine & hero have their bickering moments especially when it came to food.
Tona-Gura! has a pervert and his childhood friend bickering.
Kodocha has two bickering kids. One a child actor, the other an alleged juvenile delinquint.
I think Jinki has a pair like that.
Also try Urusei Yatsura by that mistress of bickering couples, Rumiko Takehashi.

Well if you liked Love Hina then you might like Mahou Sensei Negima. It has some bickering between Negi and Asuna. I like it because the magnificent magic battles and plot developments, but you might like it too.
You could try Psychic Academy too. It has some bickering, but it isn't anything special.
