I would like something like akuma to love song and cat street.
I really like the cool unsocial characters and the slow building up romance.
Also I like cute innocent love so max progression is a kiss which i like to happen in the very end or near the end.
Love triangles and action would also be great.

Love So Life is a perfect manga to fit the title. I definitely second that. Do try it out!
Maybe Orange Marmalade? I always thought of it as cute and innocent, but it does have a lot of drama too.

Cat Street and Akuma to Love Song are some of my favorite mangas too!

Ao Haru Ride One of my favorite mangas ever. It's just so amazing.
Hibi Chouchou When I think "slow innocent cute romance", this is the manga I think of. The art is beautiful, and the romance is unfolding slowly. Everything just shouts pure innocent romance.
Boku wa Kiss de Uso wo Tsuku What an awesome manga! This is a short manga, though. Very cute and innocent, shows the romance in a different light. 🙂 A fav. Girl gets kissed in the beginning though. Lol..
Shitsuji-sama no Okiniiri Who doesn't love butlers?! Definitely a favorite manga. Cute and innocent!
Shinigami-hime no Saikon Okay so this manga is BEAUTIFUL. In the main girl's characterization. Omg she reminds me of myself. This manga is a gem.
Hana-kun to Koisuru Watashi. This is a manga I'm always looking for updates from. It's amazing and so adorable and innocent. Characters are awesome.

Orange One of my most favorite cute/innocent short shoujo mangas ever. There's not much out, but I'm so excited for later chapters.
Oboreru Knife This manga is a little more intense, but very very good. Some people are put off by the art, I was a little bit too, but it's really good. I have high hopes for the upcoming chapters.

Koi Dano Ai Dano (sequel to Warau Kanoko-sama) -> I read Koi Dano Ai Dano first, and I loved it! So I don't think you have to read the prequel first. I know it's a lottt slower so I guess since you like slow romances you can see the main characters' friendship unfold and love blossom. But it's not needed. The romance in the 2nd series is pretty slow, too. But less subtle than the first series 🙂
Last Game Similar to Special A. It's so great. Def a favorite.
