I would like some shoujo that has NOTHING like "getting hooked up at the beginning"
That will only make the story less interesting.

I think the most interesting stuff in relationship is before both male and female lead get together, which will provide some love triangles or unrequited love for us reader.
After they get together the story will just go on about new, boring obstacle in their relationship like the parents are against there relationship or part time job making them not be able to date peacefully.

So the point is, please suggest the manga that one lead character has one-sided love (which may or may not become mutual later) OR it can be mutual but because of some reasons they just can't go out. These are examples, hope you've read at least one of them:

hetakoi - guy confessed but the girl still hesitate about her not over with her ex but when she decide to accept his feeling the guy misunderstand something and already hook up with other girl.

berserk - the guy loves girl but she has unrequited love toward the other guy

six half - step sibling and the guy's already taken but he sometimes wavered by the girl

tonari no atashi&hirunaka no ryuusei - the girl fall for guyA then got turned down so she goes out with nice-guyB

my heart is beating - the guy falls for the girl but she already taken at first.

love com&heroine shikkaku - their love interest just see them as a friend (only at the first half of the story anyway)

eden no hana - stepsiblings + forbidden love thing

I've read a lot but way less than 50% of them manage to get into my favorite list

You can see that in the end every single of my fav ones are all become requited later then have a few more chapter to tell us how they continue dating afterward before they're completed. Manga like Kimi ni Todoke is a good example of manga i'll drop because their feelings are mutual but just because of stupid misunderstanding they thought it's one-sided. Then after that get together the story just continue to drag on with veryyyy boringgg storyline 😢 I still count that as "getting hooked up at the beginning". I need more depth and development in relationship, not an easy one.

Please just suggest only fair amount u seem fit my example because I can't go through them all if u suggest me like 25.

What you just described is my favorite kind as well. Here are a few suggestions off of the top of my head:

Cheese in the Trap
Choukakou
Cat Street

(Edit: sorry, it looks like you've already read Cat Street, so scratch that)

Okay, round two:

--Dear, Only You Don't Know!
--Sugar Apple Fairytale

I can't tell if these will fit your criteria or not, but they don't have love at first sight:

--Gu Fang Bu Zi Shang
--Blind Marchen (written by the author of Dice, which I saw on your reading list. Dice is such a good shounen btw!)
--Annarasumanara
--Cheongsaeng Yeonbun (this isn't the deepest thing ever... but it's pretty good for a shoujo)

And... I know you didn't like Cheese in the Trap initially, but please give it a shot! It is slow and a little confusing at first, but it gets very good. It is my favorite manga/manhwa for what that's worth. 🙂

well I have read half on your favorite list, dropped kimi ni todoke too and generally drop/ don't start things for the same reason, so I hope a few of these will help.

Akagami no Shirayukihime you could say mutual but the whole different status thing is being considered, she wants to reach a place in society where she has a reason to stay with him

Last Game somewhat fits, she is a bit, scratch that, she is a whole lot dense, so he tries to win her over

Taiyou no Ie must have shoujo read, triangles, likable characters, I wont spoil you, just try this, it's awesome

just try these, if that's not enough, just ask for more later

hahaha Glad to be on the same boat with you! Guess we have something in common. **Please edit and add more suggestion if another one pops up in your mind 🤣 I'll keep checking out.

I also already read Cheese in the trap and Akagami no Shirayukihime but didn't like it much. I'll check out the rest, thanks though 🙂

Thank you 🙂 sadly it seems like my type isn't the majority here. So hard to find one and only a few people read and be able to give me a good suggestion 😢

Kimi wa Pet love triangle, huge age gap (female is older), boy is treated like a pet. There are sooo many circumstances that make the love complicated but way more interesting of couse. 😁 besides, the k-drama is worth to watch, too.

Ashita no Ou-sama great character development, female is the quirky type from the country who secretly is in love with an admirable, good-looking young actor.

How about Ame Nochi Hare (Bikke)? 😀
A manga where a group of 5 boys from the prestigious all-boys school who often switch between genders grow into adulthood through their personal struggles.

Enren Debut
Strobe Edge
Hana Yori Dango
Papillon - Hana to Chou
5 Centimeters per Second May not fit
your criteria but is unique and unpredictable from the getgo.

Others to consider:
