There shouldn't be very many people living in Antarctica, and of those that do, most of them would probably probably be scientists or explorers since the conditions there make it hard for us to survive.

Winnipeg is in that province next to the province next to mine... I think... this is why I failed Canadian geography... or was it because I had to learned it in French. Nah, I just suck at geography. Saskatchewan!

Nah, to have something considered a "southern accent", you gotta live in the traditional South, which means like Texas, Louisiana, Georgia, maybe Florida, etc. California is considered a Pacific state (or Western state)
