Lemonade, stale tobacco smoke... and a combination of big red gum and saliva.

I get weird looks when I've told anyone this. But I am serious, those are such nostalgic scents.

The smell of an old, yellow-paged and crusty book. Absolutely the most pleasing smell in my opinion, anyway.

The pages of a book, new or old, usually smell great. To me, they have a certain nostalgia of good books passed, as well.

I agree. Whenever I got a new book in my English class, the first thing I did was sniff it, and I eventually got my teacher to do it too.

I think my copy of the crucible had the best old book smell I've ever smelled.
