Shitsurakuen - the girl is so masculine/princely that if you switched her gender, he'd make a pretty good guy. XD

Black Lagoon - the publishers made it a point to fill the volume covers with only the female members of the cast, all of whom are badass.

Special A - http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=1858
Kaichou Wa Maid Sama - http://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html?id=5762

These are the only two that jump out at me, its not superhuman strength however it is natural strength which is done from physical workouts (more so for Special A), with Kaichou wa Maid Sama her strength is derived more from emotions.

They are both recommended reads 🙂

My dos:

Teppuu -- My number 1 recommendation! It's about female mix martial artists.
Shingeki no Kyojin -- They kill giants.
Claymore -- Battle between demons, the organization, female only warriors
7 Seeds -- Despite not being able to stick with it, I did enjoy this and there are some pretty awesome female characters in this.
Gokusen -- Strong, gangster teacher.
Oresama Teacher -- Ex Delinquent looking to put her life right
Hellsing -- Vampire master.
Dogs -- and the sequel. Naoto, the sword wielder.
Crimson Hero -- Volleyball player
Jormungand -- Story about an underground weapons dealer
-Hitogatana- -- Android suit wearing female protagonist that fights crime
Junai Tokkou Taichou! -- Delinquents!
Soul Eater -- There are a lot of physically strong females, good and evil if you can get through the first couple chapters which are pretty ecchi, it improves a lot after that.
Himitsu no Ai-chan -- Basket ball player, but it's also smut so it has it's stereotypically girly moments
Young Gun Carnaval -- Gun wielding, former child soldier.
Matsuri Special -- Wrestler
The Kidnapping of Minja Jo's Boyfriend -- Delinquents
Raiders -- Flesh eating, zombie witch.
NOiSE -- Industrial style setting, similar to BLAME if you've read that.

My Don'ts: (This is generally due to the fact that the female or male lead are either stupid, cries a lot, or a typical damsel despite having their own strength)

Dengeki Daisy
Girls of the Wild's
Saver -- I liked this before the time travel thing and then she became an unbearably flat character.
Superior
S•A
Hot-Blooded Woman -- I feel like this author has some issues that she feels like all guys want to rape anything that even looks remotely female.
Kaichou Wa Maid Sama
