Shoujo/Josei with Goofy guy lead...

hmm... I probably have made to many posts in the 'I'm looking for section', but oh well...
Anyway, I'm looking for a Shoujo or Josei that features a goofy guy lead. I guess the kind that has a silly personality but is not entirely moronic or idiotic. Just to give you a few examples, Tamaki of Ouran Host club (who we all know well, I'm sure), Saito of sugar family and Yukiya in It's not like that darling are like this. They have silly personalities that make you laugh, but are also not totally moronic, if that makes sense (aka. 'Naruto' types). I don't mind if the character is the main lead in the story or if it is the main friend/ romantic interest of the female character, so long as they have a strong presence in the plot. I'm a sucker for these types as they are different from the usual 'dominating' figure in shoujo 😀 .
err... I also vaguely recall I did a 'kind of' similar thread quite a while back (but not quite the same), it was more general. So if this is breaking any rules, any mod please feel free to lock the post.
