Zettai Heiwa Daisakusen is my favorite of that kind. Then we have Reaching you, where the girl just doesn't realize she's in love cause she's so clueless. x)
Also: Kaichou wa Maid-sama! and Special A.
Edit: Uh... I just realized that in every one of these mangas, one person likes the other from the beginning and the other is just slow to catch on. Sorry bout that. But I still recommend them. =)
