I'm seeing a lot of 'hermaphrodite' being thrown around. I think the word you're looking for is intersex.

Hermaphrodites are creatures that are able to self-fertilize or can fulfill the function of either sex for the species; and is a condition that is exclusive to plants, mollusks, and fish. Meanwhile "intersex" is a medical classification for individuals with genetic/genital birth defects, who suffer from either an incorrect sex chromosome (Lacking or having an extra X or Y chromosome) or develop sexual characteristics that are at odds with their genetics (Developing a vagina and ovaries despite having an XY chromosome and vice versa), with said individuals composing of less than 2% of the population, and almost universally being sterile.

Humans cannot be hermaphrodites since it's impossible for a person to be fully male and female simultaneously. Futanari is fiction.
