I can't remember the name of it, but from what I do remember a guy is looking for a place to live and the real estate agent knows of a cheap place but is reluctant to show him but eventually goes wearing garlic around his neck telling the guy you will understand eventually. The guy see's the cute landlady and instantly takes the room unaware that the other residents are a little different meaning, vampires, werewolf, some stitched together maid and a few others. That's pretty much all I can remember.
