I want a manga that has a strong-female main character.
Qualities i want:
-she's somewhat a tomboy likes guy things, clothing
-she doesn't cry easily
-she's not a wimp
-she isn't stupid (or simpleminded)
-she isn't obsessed with the guy she likes
-she doesn't get overly protective or jealous of the guy she likes or WILL like
-she gives good advice optional
But i'm okay if the guy gets jealous.
and i like gender-bender too doesn't have to be
(Character like Misake from kaichou wa maid-sama
I really hate it when the main character is... annoying.
Like i really dislike chracters like tohru from fruits basket.
She's really dumb and her advice really doesn't help... (IN MY OPINION)
I really loved Kiri from Beauty Pop.
She is my favorite character so far 🙂 .
I want someone like her to be the main character (tho i would like more romance than beauty pop).
Thankk youu~ *just give me a list of suggestions)
Extra Info: I prefer no magic involved. i really hate mechanical things involed
and smut is okay.
i dont like ongoing series... and manga that has more than 30+ chapters..
and i like the illustrations to be nice too 🙂 -like kaichou wa maid sama-

Honey (SAKURAI Machiko)
Immortal Rain
Kaze Hikaru - she cries sometimes though...but I still like her tomboyish character.
Miriam (and sequels)
Forget-me-not (maybe)
The Prince's Cactus
Go to work, send your kids to school;
Follow fashion, act normal;
Walk on the pavement, watch T.V.;
Save for retirement, obey the law.
Repeat after me: I am free.
1/2 Prince / 1/2 Prince (Novel) - Depends what you mean by simpleminded...she's simple in an "I'll do as I want with my life" sort of way, not really in an "Oh look, a butterfly" sort of way. As for the "gives good advice" requirement, she does it through actions rather than words.
Ageha o Ou Monotachi - Not shoujo, but meets the requirements.
Hana no Namae - Been a while since I read it, but might fit.

I didn't find Dania all that tomboy-ish. Rather only lacking in femininity. Some may say that seems to be tomboy-ish, but I seen her more as asexual than tomboy-ish.

She fits the requirements in the first post, though.

I second akuma to love song , skip beat, perfect girl evolution
Gokuraku Seishun Hockey Club- she is not smart. But she is tomboy with a weird character.
Kirai- she is cool. Ahe does feel jealousy but she handled in matured way not like other typical shoujo manga character.
Warau Kanoko-sama- she can judge a person very correctly and always give useful advice. I like her.
Say I Love You - she definitely has her own way. Cool

Simpleminded as in.. she doesn't know much about the real world. sort of like. she thinks everything is.. simple?
I watched skip beat! and read Beast Master. i loveeeddd both series 🙂 ! So i think you have a good idea of what i like ^^. I started to read Hana no Namae, but sorta disliked how she's really perky or super happy. I've heard about 1/2 Prince a loott so i might try it out.
Thanks 😀

Good to know! ^o^ Hmm, in 1/2 Prince, the protagonist is smart yet simple. But yeah, she should fit what you're looking for. ^^

It's reallly good, and meets all of the requirements.
Ciel (except it has magic and is ongoing)
Ones that almost meet all the requirements, are good, and have strong female leads:
Hana Kimi (she does cry, though...and the description makes you think she is obsessed with the guy, but she's really not.....okay, it doesn't really meet any of the requirements at all, but it's still really good!)

Crimson Hero-meets your requirements perfectly.
