Dreamworks: The Prince of Egypt
Fox: Anastasia
Ghibli: Howl's Moving Castle
MGM: How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Pixar: Monsters, Inc.
Tatsunoko Production/Manga Entertainment: Karas
Touchstone/Disney: The Nightmare Before Christmas
WB: Iron Giant

Not sure if this counts:
Rankin/Bass: The Year Without A Santa Claus (if only for the Misers' song laugh )

the Simpsons movie wasn't bad though most of the best part was shown in the trailer.
