You know, I'm sick of reading shoujos where the heroine is super super cute. -_-; In the cases where she's thought to be "ugly", she actually turns out to be super pretty [Ichigo 100%, anyone? Even if it's a shounen].

PGE is a good example of what I'm looking for in a heroine. ;P Truth be told, she's not as ugly as she says, but the manga is more about her believing in herself and whatnot, and not the whole "I-think-i'm-ugly-but-actually-really-pretty".

AGAIN, I'm not looking for an UGLY heroine. XD Just one that isn't...

URGH. I can't explain that well. @__@;

EDIT :: Koukou Debut might be... an example. ^^; Dunno. -w- I just want a series where the girl's a bit less than normal... I dunno. >_>; Ack, I suck at explaining.

EDIT II: Ah! I thought of something else! Zettai Kareshi is a perfect example of the type of heroine I'm looking for. ^^ Not as stupid as she is, but in popularity/looks wise. ^^

Bara no Tameni is hilarious. I like the main character.
She's one of those down-to-earth, believable ladies.
Unfortunately, Aerie Scans = pretty slow lately.

read it to understand how funny/unique she is. She's a lot like

If you think Glass Mask fits what you wanted, probably Bara no Tameni does too. But well, i can't guarantee you will like it.
