Dogs: Bullets & Carnage - Female lead has amnesia. Male lead has partial amnesia. (doesn't remember chunks of his childhood.

Blank - Protagonist doesn't remember his past.

Shikeisyu 042 - main character does not remember the time he was held captive as a child.

there were some others..just not recalling them atm.

Blank Slate- main character forgot whether he was evil or good.
*sorry,thats the only manga [that i remember] that has an amnesia.

I recommend Elfen Lied and Chobits

Blood + - She doesn't remember where she came/her past history from.
