I remember watching this anime a few weeks past but I cn't remember the title of it anymore.
The angel is trying to stop them from going to heaven or something like that...
There was also a character that only quoted 80's songs

that does sound like Angel Beats! and maybe TK is the guy that quotes pop culture. either way its still a really good anime.
