Hey guys I'm looking for a romance manga, manhwa, webtoon, etc. that has a female lead that is hiding something about herself. For example, through out the manga she looks really naive and looks like she doesn't know whats going on, and then you find out she might be one of the smartest ones in the book yet, or at least the most observant. A loose example would be kubera. Leez has her moments in the book that shows us that she may not be as naive as she looks. Another could be Hot blooded Woman, although we don't know for sure that she's known what was going on the whole time, there's pretty strong speculation and evidence that she was a calculative person despite her appearance. I would prefer the male lead not to be a weak guy, or have a low self esteem. The FM can be hiding strength too like inYankee-kun to Megane-chan and in Gokusen, Anything that makes her better than she looks to be, I'd prefer for people to look down on her when they don't know how she really is or who. A badass secret identity is also awesome. like Cynical Orange.

That fact actually kind of ruined the entire story for me, lol... Not that I have any patience for Korean shoujo s*** at all anymore.

Anyways, the only thing that remotely comes to mind is Yamato Nadeshiko Shichihenge. The protagonist is a weird gloomy girl that occasionally becomes strong and badass. I haven't read it in years but it used to be one of my favorite manga (i think it just went on for too long, don't remember if something happened specifically to make me lose interest).

one of the ladies in Dear, Only You Don't Know is like this, she actually is the first lead to appear in the webtoon. She is married and her husband believes she is a sweet lady who runs a pet shop. In reality she's the leader of a gang.

Just as a warning to the OP, she's annoying as hell in the beginning. Like for maybe 2-3ish+ volumes. You don't know how bad I wanted to drop the series because of the heroine. But she does grow on you and gets somewhat impressive later on. No romance though.
