I can't quite agree on that.. only because some people are just really dense.. And another reason is a kiss doesn't exactly signify wanting a relationship because it can be interepted in way too many ways nowadays (like, I just want in your pants; I'm horny and you're the closest body; on a whim; ect, ect.).
