Yep. Level E should read by everyone with a sense of humor. (I almost died laughing during some of the parts with those little kids transformed into power ranger type superheroes).
Also for anyone that likes shonen, and GTO, read the prequel Shounan Junai' Gumi.
It's about Eikichi and his best buddy during their teens, basically trying to lose their virginity (Onizuka was a genius back then, his plans are just priceless). There is some fighting and drama involved too, but its comedy for the most part. The first few volumes are really funny.
