In an interview published on page 43 of the April issue of Zassosha's Puff magazine on Saturday, manga creator Hiroyuki Asada revealed that the second anime season based on his Tegami Bachi: Letter Bee manga is slated to launch this fall.

The original manga follows a boy who runs deliveries as a "Letter Bee" messenger throughout a strange fantasy land. An anime special was produced for 2008's Jump Super Anime Event Tour events, and it was later streamed worldwide. Viz Media announced at Comic-Con International 2008 that it is releasing the original manga in North America starting this month.

The first television season has been running in Japan from October of last year to March of this year. The Crunchyroll website has been simulcasting the first season.

Meh.
Really considering on dropping this series.
It started out pretty good...but then it dropped to Naruto standards - animation wise and filler wise.

Just when I got through the first season, another season comes right back.. It was a real pain in the ass to watch this series, except for the first two episodes maybe.

I dont get why anime companies make want to rush monthly mangas that they would catch up to so fast. They should just wait till its almost over then start it. If they start season 2 now it would be 90 percent filler and drag on forever .... If I were them I would just do maybe 12episodes per year and do 1chapter/episode...

It's already about 90% filler now anyways :\

Who cares about the fillers? I was already overjoyed when I just saw the topic title biggrin
I'm sure that the second season will be more promising.
Thanks for the post, Dr. Love ^_^
