Extreme body modification: would you consider doing it?

Why not? I'm always interested in trying out new things.
No way... that's not something I'd ever consider. My body's too precious to tamper with or I've other reasons(health/religious/etc.)
I've always been interested in extreme body modification but when it comes to putting my thoughts into action, I'm not so sure about it.
I'm currently uninterested but who knows what might happen in the future?

As I have said before, don't screw with what nature gave you. Earings and tattoos are fine, because they aren't doing anything genetically, but to remove body parts, no, just no.

Slight modification is okay, but besides that, it serves no point besides making a 'statement' that won't be even heard or acknowledged.

Tattoos, and really any piercing is as far as I'll go.
Things like scarification don't sit well with me, but I can tolerate that more than dismemberment.

I don't think its really 'extreme' but I would LOVE to zap all the hair off my legs ; Its like.. super fast growing. I get an inch the day after I shave, and about 1/10 of an inch thereafter. Its a pain. >.> I'm Shaving Everyday.

I'd spend my money on something else I like. Plastic/cosmetic surgery to make you more pretty and extreme body modification are not the same thing. But some people seem to think they are the same?

I don't favor the idea of scarring your body as to "express" your creativity/personality.
To me, they're just misguided people, but whatever. At least if you made a living from it, then I could understand, but besides that... I'm kinda "meh" towards it.
