Description
From the master of love comedy manga, Wakabayashi Toshiya, comes a high school fairy tale about love☆!
Shindou Rei (Cinderella) comes from a very poor family. Her only clothes are hand-me-downs from her brother, even her school uniform. So everyone always mistakes her for a boy. Even her close friend Hakuba Ouji (white horse prince), who starts developing confusing feelings toward her all the while believing she's a boy. Tsukumo Yuki (Snow White) is the leader of a delinquent gang and falls in love with Rei at first sight, also believing her to be a boy.

The same unbelievable gags over and over. Shallow. Points for great art and clean, sharp panel delivery.
this manga is surprisingly adorable and hilarious. wakabayashi is a god at rom-com. the antics and scenarios these characters get themselves in is unbelievably hilarious. the manga itself is very self-aware of the cliche'd romantic tropes and poke fun at it.

although i'm a little disappointed it ended so early.. i wish we could've seen shindou rei and hakuba ouji truly become a couple. i also wish we could've seen shindou rei adjust to becoming a girl and actually living as a girl. i felt like the manga ended really abruptly and out of the blue... it should've had at least another chapter. for that reason, instead of giving it a 10/10, i will have to give it an 8/10.

well for people who dont like unnecessary misunderstandings they would dislike this manga. For me it was funny and cute but for it to have this many chapters wasn't necessary. If you want to have a fun time and distraction after a hardcore manga, this kind of manga would be just right. 
All girls in this manga are different kinds of pain in the ass, some people may find them hilarious but I honestly got annoyed with most of them. Each girl represent a different kind of annoyance (like unwarranted shyness or a self centered moron). But still, I kept myself reading...
On another note, this manga feels that it would fit better in a 4-koma style.
Edit: Nevermind, reached chapter 9, my annoyance level reached unparalleled levels and dropped it.

IS. SO. GOOD.
You know that warm, fuzzy, sweet and fun feeling you get when reading/watching funny romantic moments in romcoms?
Now take that nice, feel-good feeling, multiply it by ten, and imagine that it happens almost. every. page.
Boku wa Ohime-sama ni Narenai is the result.
Wakabayashi Toshiya is a EFFIN GENIUS in romantic comedy.
It is insane.
I've read TONS of romcoms but never encountered anything as HIGHLY CONCENTRATED and so DIRECT and INSTANT in its romcom delivery as THIS.
It is as if only the best moments in romcoms were harvested and refined into a bottle of PURE DOPAMINE (thats the 'happiness drug' in case you're unfamiliar), and you are forced to consume it ONE AFTER THE OTHER IN QUICK SUCCESSION.
The INSANELY CUTE art style only serves to BOOST its effects. And their facial expressions just NAILS IT.
The author is EFFIN AMAZING to be able to cook up such fun romcom moments one after the other.
btw i must also point out that its refreshing to see the main protagonist guy be the 'rich character' instead of the typically female 'ojou-sama' lol (not that I'll ever be tired of ojou-samas ohohohoh~)
The author's Tsurezure Children is similarly EXCELLENT but in 4-koma.
