i can't say i enjoyed the first story, but the world building is pretty nice considering each story only gets two chapters (save for asahina and shiina in chapter 1; the cover couple). my rating is ignoring the first story as it's the one containing rape. it was really unnecessary but it falls into the cliche of BL released at the time. i enjoyed the other two stories best and could've done with them getting full volumes instead.
