Description

...but this one I liked. It was a reality handled very well in a fantasy setting and treated as background, at least so far as the second episode. Too bad it's not a historical reality throughout the world.
However, torture-device use occurs during fights and boy, is it bloody and gory. The manga even explains why certain tools were developed, along with...instructive pictures.
If you can stand all that, the world-building and story seem to be interesting so far, so I'd recommend it.
