This manga is very niche since it is a spin-off of the "Alice in the Country of Hearts" series. This particular manga is set during a sort of "chaos storm" that affects all of the people in the Country of Hearts. It changes their appearance and/or personality in random ways.
I loved it!
However, note that you won't be able to understand this unless you read the main "Alice in the Country of Hearts" manga.
