Description
When Tsukamura Masaki's company shuts down, he's worried he may have to leave the city and go back to Hokkaido. So when charming Nagasaka offers him a job as janitor of an apartment building, he jumps at the chance. But the job is more than just cleaning up, he's expected to take personal care of the weird assortment of tenants.

I decided to finish this manga without much expectation in mind, so the best thing I could say is that I wasn't much let down by it. The stories are very normal, and there aren't that much of plots either. Basically the demographic targeted feels like those of 10-year-olds but for the smut and same-sex romances. However there are admittedly brief moments I did like, and overall it's not like the manga is completely horrendous. I just wish the mangaka would stop producing fairy tales usually designed for young girls, and these 'fairy tales' are not even very good, mind you.
One more thing, am I the only one who noticed the mangaka's lack of knowledge about the human body? xD Apparently a human's heart is supposed to be on the right of his chest rather than the left. LOL don't believe me? Go back to chapter 6, and you'll see the character putting his lover-boy's hand on his right chest claiming his heart was beating loudly. LOL again. I don't know about you but that's quite a fail in my dictionary.

Let's keep it short.
Pretty art. Gorgeous smutty scenes. Nice base plotline.
Cliche. Really fastpaced love-confessions then it goes right to sex.
That's why I rated it as it is.
But it's not bad, if you're looking for a hot series to read.
Oh, and the chapters are about each tenants in the apartment and their own little romance. (Not just on the main couple)
