The hero is depressed, deeply depressed. The heroine is a succubus taking her first outing in the human world, and for some reason chooses this emotionally paralized man to seduce. Instead, gradually and gently, mainly because of her inexerience in the succubus trade, she becomes his friend and the only person rooting for him to recover.

It's a cool kind of story you find at its best in manga—the very badly matched couple who gradually seem to develop into a pair. The drawing is dinstinctive and charming, the succubus is lovable, and the guy is trying his best.

I got a kick out of reading the 19 chapters scanlated so far. I have no idea why some people down voted it, but I have a feelling it's because they are terrified of ever becoming thoroughly depressed, because everyone has heard about it and knows its a condition that comes without warning.

Fear makes us miss a lot of the various kinds of offbeat stuff that manga is noted for because many of the stories are made up and carried forward by single artists, some of whom are truly unique people.

But this manga drags out some of the tired old cliches and misconceptions about it for the lulz. 'Gee, isn't the depressed guy funny!'

Right up there with rape jokes and making fun of the handicapped.
