Basically a IzaShizu smut doujinshi with plenty of food play lol. It's alright for what its purpose set out to do I guess, though I personally didn't didn't enjoy it that much because Shizuo was just way too ooc and the dynamics between him and Izaya were off as well. I'm not a fan of this type of characterisation of Shizuo in general.
