This story starts extremely interesting but falls off so quickly into unrealistic bullshit. Initially I was looking forward to this half steam punk novel but ran into a giant logic problem.
Where are all the guns?
This isn’t a world that hasn’t discovered simple firearms. They already have artificial intelligence or a near approximate as well as fully mechanic bodies. And you are telling me they don’t have projectile weapons? This is so stupid. If the author actually had an explanation as to why firearms would be useless I would be much more enclines to believe this story. But if the author is that ignorant about the biggest flaw in his story he doesn’t deserve to have my readership. The more I think about how stupid of a story this is the more I lament at how such an interesting idea can become garbage because the plot is a waste of pages.
