Well it wasn't that bad if you consider that this is a gag manga that focuses a lot on the jokes. And they're jokes related to Japanese Culture, warning ahead, if you're a n00b to Japanese Culture then be prepared to be disappointed by this little 4koma piece, 'cause it relies a lot on that.
That said if you're used to Japanese Culture and you love 4komas and cutesy characters and lots of chibiness then you'll enjoy this piece for sure. It wasn't that bad for me but the fact that they tried to use a plot to turn common girls into heroines... It's true that they resemble a lot to the whole PowerPuff Girls stuff and scenario, but they're nothing as PPG, in fact they're just plain girls that were randomly commissioned to be the heroines... Read it is a short, kinda funny and fast read. The charac design by CLAMP was good.. not superb but good

It kinda` reminds me of The Powerpuff Girls (I hate those!!) but it` nicer than the aforementioned and not as violent so it gets a 7 from me.
