The story, well, it's the usual stuff of one guy with a bunch of cute girls in his life. I won't go deeper into that, you know what to expect: some echiness, loose relationships, a guy never settling in a steady relationship, and his sister as a red thread through it all. The art is good, and suited for this type of story.
Unfortunately, the current translations (first four chapters by Epic works) are not up to par. I'm not talking about the unnatural speech, but I'm talking about quite a few translation mistakes that make the English version hard to read.

This is basically a poorly written story about a guy that doesn't know how to handle himself in relationships, at first he isn't looking for a serious relationship and just plays around when he can, but by the time he starts to ambition for something more serious he approaches his relationships on an immature way and strangles himself in certain different mistakes each time, he will get hurt and will hurt the girl(s) of turn. By "poorly written" is not that this story is complete and utter crap, but instead is that the story itself doesn't reward the reader at the proper times with important events, it doesn't feel like a progression at all with all of that stumbling up and down "in life" for the characters.

Eventually the story will tease the reader with the main character and who might possibly be his "one true love", but that feeling is also incomplete and isn't followed up at all since they both think that it's too awkward (this is were the manga plays the incest card), however we have that the brother and the sister have such "complete" life build up on each side that it's completely ridiculously odd to even think of them together except on certain specific points, which is on those "very close to each other / almost" moments, to say the least; points which aren't relevant at all to who the characters are and thus aren't convincing.

It is hard to rate this story as it manages to capture the interest of the reader at some points, but doesn't totally follow it up in the end, specially since the end is not conclusive but one of the "and life goes on" deals, a "not bad" read.
