Well, that was sick, as expected, but it was also interesting too.
Despite the daughter giving her dad and grandpa a blowjob (and some other things I won't mention) this wasn't really guro-ish. I think the author was making a statement about suicide, looking at the last few pages. It's more psychological than horror, let's just say.
