A Good Manga

I really really loved this manga at first, but then it got so sad, and I can't really bear the sadness, so I ended up sorta dropping it. Yet I still come back every now and then, can't seem to lave it alone in the end. I recommend it very much! It's a very good manga I think! So if you can handle a lot of heartaches definitely read, I can't…. :s

At chapter 90

I picked up this manga when it was already 90 chapters in. Had I started earlier in the run, I think this would have gotten me down quickly because there were whole dozens of chapters where no one seemed to move forward (like a certain other manga I can think of ::cough cough:: Fairy Tail ::cough cough:smile, but since I could read two whole years of their relationships all in one block, it was very enjoyable.

Now that I've caught up and things are at an emotional peak, we'll see how I handle the updates. smile But, regardless of that, the romance is sweet, if a little dense (though it fits the characters, innocent, dense, and self-loathing as they may be), and the daily life can be quite interesting, though we mainly hit the holiday-high-points.

Pin is a great teacher. You don't think that early on, but he's an amazing teacher. And that's coming from a teacher.

This manga is really slow-paced so those who hate slow-paced story or romance..then I do not recommend this manga to you. At first I wasn't really interested, but when I kept reading it, I really enjoyed it although I feel like the mangaka is dragging this for too long. I think the mangaka should wrap it up now..

Cute and Innocent

It's a somewhat painfully slow romance, but it's worth it. One of those extremely rare shoujo mangas where none of the characters are annoying and I don't want to punch anyone in the face. It's a nice feeling hahah THEIR LOVE IS JUST SO INNOCENT AND CUTE <3 it doesn't have those annoying characters, useless drama, and it's not overly cliched

It's worth reading!

not what it used to be

Lately this goes downhill.
It had drama, comedy, sweetness, a goal/plot, simply what a slice-of-life needs. Well it is common, when people get together, that the goal/plot changes into staying together or problems etc.
Now we have close to zero drama, "comedy" that isn't very funny and well repetitive. The plot diminishes, there is no goal anymore, things just happen (christmas, birthdays), with no real change to the situation. Everyone is happy to be together, and shy and... wait isn't this the same as a while ago?
I have seen manga that can run on sweetness and cuteness, this isn't one of them.

My advice:
Read this, stop when you are getting annoyed, because let's face it: it won't get any better.

Once was a typical but good and popular shoujo. It's getting old so look for something new. - 8.5/10

Wished the lead characters were Chizuru and Ryuu instead

Really loved that pair. There's a lot more chemistry going on between the two in a matter of chapters than Sawako and Shouta in multiple volumes. They definitely make a sexier and more romantic couple as compared to their fluffy and pretentious counterparts (leads). Ayane and 'Kurumi' are pretty cool babes as well.

Haha, Kazehaya and Sawako are both so innocent and cute- sometimes I wish they would stop blushing and just get on with it! XD This manga is very sweet and endearing, and I really love all of the characters!

sweet but cliche

This was one of the first manga i read. I liked the characters, even though they were quite cliche.

The series was nice and it had a good sense of drama. it wasnt extremely emotional but it had enough drama to let you cry and sympathize with them. Unfortunately, some events were pertty predictable.
The art is better than your normal shoujo and the story goes on longer than the usual. The plot isnt concentrated on the main couple. as you read the series, it portrays the female protagonist's social relationships which include her friends and her enemies and how the problem was solved.

Cute Manga

I was introduced this manga by my friend. I watched the anime first and absolutely loved it. It was so cute and i even cried a little bit. I can understand how lonely Sawako must have felt. Season 1 was amazing and Season 2's ending was sooo cute. It ended really well. Then i read the manga but i still think the anime was amazing. hehe. But the manga i have to admit is going pretty slowly now. And nothing is really happening between Kazehaya and Sawako.

So REAL

This manga, though it is slow, is gripping. Everything about it is so honest, innocent and realistic. It's about imperfect relationships and has pairings of every sort that some of us can relate to : The best friends, the outcast that is understood and accepted by love and the hurt girl that is misunderstood by all. I just love how each is developed, not just focusing on a single character. This manga is about pure love, yet it is also about how sometimes life can change it. All of the characters are refreshing, as none of them are shallow puddles, each showing more and more depth as the story continues.
I can't wait to see how it ends!
