Description
From JanimeS:
This series is not about romance, exactly, but does contain the element for it. This series mainly focuses on overcoming the main characters' hardships. Each character has a different hardship. There is really nothing more to mention about the plot.
It starts with a school girl who has trouble with her surroundings. It all started when her classmate was bullied and eventually commited suicide. Being a part of the group that bullied the girl, she feels extremely guilty. Her life becomes meaningless, and she wants to end it.

i dont know how to say this, but, this is one of those stories that will make you feel warm inside(and sad too)
its about a lot of things, i love how the author makes multiple references to korean society's standards....it deals with stuff like peer pressure, suicide and depression
it mostly focuses on peer pressure though.... fullfilling parents' expectations when it comes to your studies and future. i heard that the korean educational system is pretty tough, so i imagine just how important this issue is to korean students.
anyways, this is one of the rare shoujos that succeed at sentimantalism without overdoing it.

Much of the story was really good: an interesting take on "slice of life", excellent build-up, interesting tensions, great art and I actually enjoyed much of the story until it went into "over-dramatic mode" in vol 4 where
As much as I wanted to fully enjoy this title, the ending parts for some of the relationships really made me hate the story. It's of course the creator's choice on how to shape the plot and direction of the characters' relations but there're many ways in which she could've portrayed the characters' tensions without going overboard and to still achieve the desired ending.
And finally, I felt that the characters' relations weren't always so well-defined: it was pretty good and you could see the creator trying for a certain level of complexity but it was sometimes rather confusing given the amount of cast and limited pages since the story keeps switching narrative viewpoints without much warning, and how certain events and feelings are randomly tossed in without much conclusion even till the very end. In conclusion: a story with very lofty goals but the endings just didn't quite justify all that buildup. Still, it's worth a read.

Spoiler (highlight to view)
a number of the cast ends up severely exploiting or murdering one another just for some really "ridiculous reasons".

It's a bittersweet story and it's not tipical here you won't find ordinary problems of lovers and school play. No it's deals with the problems we all have - how to grown up how to live when you belive in nothing and have nobody to cherrish you and to help you. From my ages %) I can see back and say it's definately hit the point.
But be avere it's a not light reading but if you want to spent several good hours remembering your 17 or just are 17 I think it's worth to try.
