Cliche

I only was able to read 1 chapter so far, and so far it feels so rushed and cliched. The standing in the rain, getting sick, and I don't want to spoil anything so I'll say no more, but the whole thing I was narrating myself. This is going to happen next and so forth. A very predictable story. I did have hopes in this manga, but it feels like this is going to turn out to be disappointing.

So aside from there being nothing new in this manga, it felt like the mangaka was trying to cram all the heart moving moments into one chapter, which left me thinking I am a heartless person because I don't even care Yoshino's heart is breaking.

Pretty much I don't love it, but I don't hate it (yet). I'll continue to read for now.

I ordered all of it (4 volumes) online. Finished reading it in a day and a half LOL ^^
My Japanese sucks, and i managed to read it all in just 1 weekend XD
Just couldn't get my hands off it.
True - it's totally a clicheed story, but I enjoyed it non the less.
In the middle things started to get really unexpected, but then again - resolved into very expected.
Overall I give it a 9. the art is good of course.. and the female lead eventually stops being a crybaby.
I do recommend reading it, for everyone that likes the genre :-)

I forgot how EXCRUCIATINGLY boring a Shoujo manga can get...

This one, fits perfectly in that genre.

One of my younger friends recommended this manga to me, and to humor her,
I picked it up and started reading...really what was wrong with me?

My eyes were CONSTANTLY rolling with absolutely no control.
I still haven't gotten over the shock regarding how fast a female manga character falls in love with the guy o_O
But like my previous reviewer said, she is a typical, although highly unusual 16 year old and he is an "older" guy.
There is NOTHING new about this manga, not art not story, it's so BEEN THERE,DONE THAT that it's not worth reading unless you are into naive girls falling in love faster than the speed of light.

Spoiler (mouse over to view)
When the guy was about to do it with the girl, I SO knew she would stutter, "I'm after all not ready for it" *Roll Eyes*

highly NOT recommended!

she's very weak. i'm not knocking her! she's probably typical for 16, but it makes it painful to read. well, she's not really enjoyable to read except that she is so honest. sensei is obviously an adult but other than his looks- he's okay? like- my best friend's boyfriend okay. like- oh, yeah, he's cute. so what?

which is much too luke warm! i don't feel strongly about them! not at all.

A weak female protagonist, hate that. Falling in love can't be so easy. Just another stupid girl who would fall for anyone just because that person helped her. It's cliché-ridden, but not full of lovely clichés, they are simply annoying.
I just read it because Namida Usagi was most certainly to my liking, but when talking about this series, it's not the case. sad
Now I understand why the character design reminds me of Arina Tanemura. So the mangaka was an assistant of her. ^^

i read about minase in the columns of arina tanemuras´ manga, but i didn´t expect her to have an own series with such great art. the story may be a bit clichée, but it´s worth reading. Ignore the female lead and enjoy sensei

The art is very nice! The plot sounds interesting...not exactly original, but it was still good.

I agree with Dubby about how she cries like ... every other page, but what am I expecting from a shoujo?

Why would such a hottie fall for such a whiny chick that doesn't seem to know anything but how to CRY?

Don't get me wrong, I love the series. Sensei is flipping gorgeous, and I would seriously transform into a manga character if I could get into his pants. But YOSHINO... Oh my jesus christ. She lives up to all shoujo character's expectancies of crying every other page, and it makes you think "what the hell does he see in her?"

Honestly, if I were sensei, I'd tell her to shut it or I'd dump her ass on the spot.

...but just because I hate Yoshino (she also has a hot ass sensei, lucky bitch) I probably shouldn't make this review so negavtive...

It's a nice series, and sensei is gorgeous eye candy. But jesus... YOSHINO!! AHH. -pulls hair-
