This is a bunch of silly, light-hearted gag scenes with many characters. Light G-rated fluff with innuendoes, (There is one that I thought particularly cute with Akabane imitating Gingi's behavoiour with Ban, only he tries it on No Breaks...)
The spoofy drawing great - you can definitely see the essence of the characters captured. Lots of fun chibi and a few close up, more serious artwork shots.
The only criticism I have is that there is a lot of untranslated pages (DJ group commentary, I'd imagine) and a many sfx and speech bubbles are still raw as well, The essence is delivered in English, but I bet there is a lot that is lost without understanding the considerable amount left untranslated.
