Description
This is a wonderful world ruled by magic. It's full of ancient myths and legends of all types, including one such legend that was on most people's tongues as of late: one about the battle between an evil demon king and great sages.
In the current day, at the world's one and only Magic Academy -- the Forest Academy of Magic -- more and more odd creatures seem to be appearing and causing trouble. In the middle of it all, there always seems to be the shadow of an academy student named "Salaman"...

It started well and was fairly interesting but by the end of season one I was already having trouble keeping my interest, like jeffreymgibson says, I was hoping a continuation on S2 but I got more confusion out of it than answers and lost interest after 10 or so chapters. A pitty but nothing uncommon.
Anyone knows if it later retakes the story where it was left at the end of S1?

Like so many other Asian comics, it just ends in a very rushed manner without much resolution at all. Not at all satisfying. I thought season 2 would continue but it takes place before season 1 so it was a let down. I don’t see much point in continuing this series.
I loved this to the point that I took the time, with my complete lack of the Chinese language except for a few Japanese kanji, to add Team GuJiu to the Baka-Updates database. Since there's only one chapter out so far, I've given it an 8, but I have a feeling it has a 10 in its future!

I think this is a really good series, I'm one volume into it and i'm completely addicted to the art (which is in full colour!) and the characters.
the story hasn't gotten into full swing yet, but its doing a decent job of laying down the foundations to what should be an amazing series.
I've got high hopes and can't wait to read more~!
