Description
Makoto Hayakawa, who is called Shin, is a third-year high-school student about to take entrance exams. He hasn't decided what to take for college yet. Compared to the other kids, Shin is a bit of an oddball. The neighborhood he lives in, M City of Tokyo, has three massive structures called "Reactors".

I personally do not like this series. It doesn't have any substance. There is the serious theme of radiation/nuclear power being thrown about but don't expect this manga to make a statement or offer any food for thought regarding the issue. The title doesn't show any potential. The artwork is very sketchy which is not a problem but the plot is also sketchy and uninvolving. Just expect it to crawl to nothing basically. Pointless
