It feels like a great start to something interesting ang easily the author could stretch this into a continuum of maybe four more chapters. However probably by low popularity, it on its way to more chapters , or the author felt to keep the story as is I'd want to see this continue.

Makes you think about how people famous online actually feel. And not only that. I'd say, it's partially a story about empathy/lack of it, yet too short to reveal it nicely. At least it makes you think.
