Tbh I was thinking of dropping it at first because of the other couple. That Hijiri's partner looks so much like a kid. Like a romance between a child and a teen and I was really bothered by it but good thing they were just a lil extra at the start.
I think I focused on the protag's character that's why I liked this manga. You rarely see that type of personality in Yaoi mangas. What's more is his character development. Let's also include the realistic approach in the story, it enhanced the quality of this author's work.

There is a theme of communication, which is very unusual for yaoi mangas and it's refreshing.
This mangaka has an insanely adorable way of drawing chibi characters; she reminds me of Kunieda Saika in this department. The story's also really nice, and I like ALL of its characters. Yes, all of them. That should speak volumes about the author's potential. She just needs to tighten up her story's pace a little and make a few adjustments in the focal point of her narrative. I'm sure with more experience in writing she could become great. Overall a very solid debut and I am willing to overlook its flaws.
I can't tell if it's the writing that's bad and inconsistent (the characters say one thing earlier on in one chapter, and another thing later on in the same chapter--wtf), or it's the translation--
Anyway, the characters don't have any chemistry. The "Realistic Homosexual Relationship/s" tag is a total lie.
There was one part that was cute, but that's it... Also, the younger brothers' relationship was just all-around awful.
The MC made a heteronormative comment in the last chapter that he never retracts, which was frankly gross.
Waste of time. Don't bother.

i didnt expect it to be so damn good,....but it was!!! i adored the characters!! so lovable and cute!!! i wish there would be more!! both couples were so amazing together!! so many feels and great moments!! the art was kinda sketchy but likable.
