Okay, so I have this dilema, I love tentacle sex. But I don't like rape.
Is there a manga out there where the tentacle monster is in a consensual loving relationship with a human? I don't care about the age or gender of the person. Hell, there doesn't even need to be sex. That would be a perk, but I want tentacle romance. Is it out there?

Don't know of any manga, bu I remember reading a web comic years ago, lemme go try and google it.

You should look up this old SCUMM game called Day of the Tentacle. Not hentai or anything, but there is an evil mad scientist and a few tentacles that walk around with him and stuff. I think the purple tentacle falls in love with someone at one point.

think i know what you mean, it was a whole series about different regular guys with different monsters(harpies, naga, etc) was hentai-ish (cute tho)

I grew up playing DOTT, and trust me, Purple doesn't fall in love with anyone. He's trying to take over the world. 
And speaking of webcomics, I vaguely remember there being a tentacle monster romance in Elf Only Inn. That was some years back, though, so you might have a lot of backlog to go through. The comic itself is a parody of internet chat rooms.

Ah, thank you very much! I love old SCUMM games, LOOM and the old Monkey Island series the best. I'll be sure to check that one out.
Also, that looks like quite an amusing webcomic, I'll be sure to check it out.

Uh...as there are almost no recommendations, I'll point you to Aijin Incubus. There was sth with "nice" tentacles somewhere around the second chapter...maybe there'll be some more in the later chapters?

Haha, I'm glad to see that some people found my request funny. At first I was really into moe stuff, nekomimi, adorable love-love! But I want not just kitty girls but cockroach girls! Can you not see the adorable antenna, the multi-armed hugs? But more than anything I want tentacle love, not tentacle rape~ So cute! Ahhh, I wonder why others do not see the cute potential here...

Hi there. I guess this is kind of strange thread to be making my first post in but in actual fact, I actually understand where sleepy_sheepy is coming from because I have a similar interest. There is some consensual stuff out but it's pretty infrequent and not always of the best quality, plus alot of it falls into the realm of semi-consensual (mind control, pheromones etc). I actually just downloaded a comic today that was pretty much completely consensual. I'd post it but it's a rapidshare link, non-manga and extremely explicit. If I can get a ruling from the mods I'll go ahead and post it.
There's also this little gem that is again, not strictly manga - although it is done by a (female) anime fan - nor is it technically "tentacle". It's also not the most fantastically drawn comic I've ever seen but I think it certainly classifies as "cute" so it should be right up sleepy_sheepy's alley. I was personally quite taken with the heroine, Bekki (just as she herself was most definitely taken ;) Anyway, have a look and see what you think.

This guy is a 3d-art machine! He seems to pump out a dozen new pieces a day! He's completely plugged up my new deviations list on Deviantart! Haha! Within his huge backlog of work he has a number of girl-on-tentacle pieces, many of which have consensual themes (mostly revolving around saving the world-type scenarios). To be truthful, I'm not the biggest fan of 3d artwork - for the most part I find it too sterile and unimaginative - but Almeida's work is pretty good, and certainly appears to get better the longer he goes along. Not exactly on-topic but it does have a good mix of consensual and non-consensual and even the nc stuff isn't too hardcore. Also, a good link to other artists on DA.

Toshiki Yui - did a comic called "Pet" that would be to your liking.
I remember reading a pretty well drawn hentai once about a girl who married a blob tentacle monster against her parent's wishes - her dad later visits their apartment to disprove of the union, and the tentacle creature presuades him to have a private chat. It is implied the creature seduced her dad - he then approves of their love, and the blob monster and girl live happily ever after. (forgot the name though  )
