Hawks, MangaScreener or Illuminati-Manga. I'll be really pleased when my little group (KBCD) finishes all its projects, but I'm not sure if I'd consider it my favorite. Probably yes.

I like null, hawk, and illuminati. Null is my fav tho, good fairly consistant scanlations

Small groups dedicated to scanlating just one project also rule though.

manga-rain of course. they're the coolest EVER!!!1!1!
ok ok nvm my favorite group that i don't work for is probably null/manga-heaven (i tend to think of them as the same group since they have the same website) i read a lot of their manga. (T-T they haven't done any bowling king in a while cuz they lack editors though)
manga-screeners is pretty good too. i like how they release whole vols at a time because i dont like reading idividual chapters as they come out.

shoujomagics one of the best groups out there i think, the quality of their work is as good as licensed manga

does anyone have a complete list of scanlator sites? pretty new to the manga world here so don't know them all.

Yay, someone mentioned my group. I'm flattered! \o/
Leaving that aside, my Best Quality award goes to Akatsuki-Manga, closely followed by Kotonoha.
As for Best Title Selection, I can't really name a group for this one. I read few manga, and those that I read are usually spread all over the place. A group can consider itself lucky if I read two of its series.
