Is it just me or did Naruto look especially adorable in this chapter?
Anyways, I loved the development! Hinata spoke up to Naruto while staying in character, props to Kishimoto for that. I have to admit that I almost face-palmed when she commented on Naruto's hand, that part was a bit too cheesy for me. xD I wonder if Hyuuga-Naruto tag teaming was apart of Shikaku's plan?
On another note, I almost teared up again when Naruto told Neji he'd never be able to thank him enough. ;_; It's still hard to believe he's gone, he had so much going for him.

I just really hope they arent going to go the shenlong route and ressurect everybody. i'd be a waste of such a good development. And yes Hinata's will get her wish granted from previous chapters where she wanted to fight alongside naruto's while holding his hand.
This chapter really hold it true to the roots in this manga. And if this is the case kishi will troll us sooner or later .

Still upset that Neji had to die just so Hinata could develop. I could think of a bajillion other ways for her to finally gain some courage to do something, but no, someone has to die for her to move forward in life. And Neji of all people. :/

I hope now they stop the stupid mumbo jumbo and actually advance somewhere. Kishi has been dragging it so much. Even the fights aren't that entertaining anymore.

well, she had to do something at that point. She was standing the closest to Naruto at that point and it would be only natural if she reacted to his foolhardy. But more importantly, Neji died and Lee apparently didn't give a shit. In fact no one except Hinata and Naruto gave a shit.

Man, the previous chapter I was hoping and praying Kishi didn't put off Neji's team at the very least, but what do they get? An itty bitty panel where you can barely tell Ten Ten's features!
I just... Kishi said everyone would get a chance to shine.... doesn't everyone agree this was his chance to bring in Team 10? I mean, what other time will they show up? One of their teammates died.
Another extreme fear I have.... Kishi switching back to Sasuke next chapter. I want to finish this war arc as soon as possible. If he switches to Sasuke, I think I'll die of boredom. I'm not sure how I even survived the last Sasuke arc. I even forgot to read a chapter one week due to absolute disinterest.

Of course you are right; this was an important moment for Team 10 that Kishimoto didn't take advantage of. Even a one-panel reaction shot (like Hiashi got) would have been better than nothing.
The biggest disappointment for me was Gai. It would have been a great opportunity to show that Gai gave a crap about all his students, and not just Lee. Moreover, he was on the battlefield right next to Naruto. No reactions from Lee and Ten Ten I could understand (maybe they weren't close enough to be sure of what had happened), but Gai?! Neji was his student; bonds between teachers and students are pretty important in this manga.
I don't know if switching back to Sasuke would be all that bad. The battle with the 10 Tails has been a dud so far, mostly because the key to defeating it/Madara is supposed to be in the scroll Suigetsu found. The ninja alliance no jutsu (or whatever) was a massive failure, and I doubt the strategy Shikamaru's dad came up with will do much better. So we might as well get on with it and find out what's in the super scroll.

At this point, I'm still more interested in the war than Sasuke. :/
I don't want the war to stall any longer, it's already been so long, I want it to end as soon as possible.

It could also be the be the end after this arc with Obito retreating to fight another day with Sauske training under his wing and Naruto will probably under Hokage training under Tsunade to succeed her.

Um.... I don't think Tsunade is the the position to train.... given she's in 2 different places right now... literally. I think she's going to die, if she hasn't already.

Thats if she dies. If she doesn't she is probably going to push all her Hokage duties onto Naruto while she hits the hotsprings and pubs. If she knows she is going to die she is probably going to name Naruto as her sucessor with Kakashi as his guide even if the elders disagree. She probably already did it after the Pain incident but it is still kept secret.

Kakashi was the tentative hokage for sometime until Danzo intervened, iirc.
