You know, I seriously don't like the time travel stuff that has entered this discussion. Hopefully this island isn't one huge memorial stole erected by this grandfather in the vicinity of where the plane disappeared. And hopefully they didn't create all those monsters just because his granddaughter liked them. (She drew them before the crash, right?).
But what I don't get,... if the animals were created by man.. why the fuck would man recreate deadly ticks? It just doesn't fit. Like with the key in the mouth of some dead body. Or the human shaped caves.
... or how Sengoku got kicked out of the plane after seeing the beek of one of those birds inside the plane. But then.. the plane was alright. And what's up with this Hades-guy anyway. He tried killing off Akira and he manipulated Akiras friend Kousomething to kill his friends.
I seriously hope that Hades isn't Akira or some other student from the future. Because.. fuck time travel.
just wanted to point this out but you know the guy with the camera unless he had 2 how did he still have his camera on him if he lost if after the chaos on the plane
what a letdown how can Mariya be that stupid didn't even bother to look at the sky the night they crashed what Nishiori said is super-basic obvious amateur astronomy every self respected smart ass kid wouldn't ignore such knowledge its basic survival to know the North using stars and its easy to tell latitude using your eyes only and with a rope (or even using your hands) you can tell the time (season is too easy) month (using moon and constellation) and hour (harder but possible) and what about an astronomy application in that laptop of his ? his can even determine the year (if they have traveled in the future) with a little bit precision its the author fault to make astronomy stuff that even kids could learn hard science have made Mariya claim for cleverness doubtfull
The camera-guy left one behind on purpose. The smart kid is withholding certain information for reasons concerning group psychology. I don't know anything about astronomy, though. Never watched the night sky before...
But that doesn't worry me too much. Once it becomes obvious that time travel is involved, I won't be able to take the story serious anyway. If it was time travel, they obviously went to the future and that doesn't make sense on enough levels for me to stop care if other stuff that's going on still makes remotely sense.
