Itachi and Jiraya are awesome but they died in the name of plot development so it wouldn't make much sense to revive them. Plus Itachi gave some of his power to Naruto and we can expect him to come back for a while to lecture Sasuke (what's with all of these people living inside Naturo?... his parents, maybe Itachi and who knows who else... it's probably like a five star resort in there).

Well... now so many characters were actually revived.
I'm still hoping Jiraiya is revived. To fight Naruto of course. That would be heartbreaking, but awesome at the same time. If possible, it would be fantastic for Minato and Kushina to join the fray as well. Probably just my wishful thinking though.
