There was this manga (ridiculously cutesy--DEFINITELY shoujo) where the "androgynous" (in the end she turns out to be a girl) shopkeeper gave people candies/seeds/small thingys that would grant their wishes...
the way to visit this shopkeeper was in your dreams, meaning that one had to dream about the place. It wasn't really a romance, more like following the lives of people who had their wishes granted.
At the end there was a HINT of romance where a pirate ship guy (who was the shopkeeper's "wholesaler"/"vendor") had a crush on the shopkeeper?
I'm sorry this is so vague, I didn't really read the story but only flipped through it very quickly.
TIA!
