I'm looking for manga with dogs in it. I read Inubaka and I really enjoyed it.

Kindan no Koi wo Shiyou I read the first one. Haven't gotten around to the next couple. But I will.

Do wolves count? Well...I guess...As long as you state they are wolves.

It can have the dogs as the main characters, or people as the main characters interacting with dogs, or dogs and humans as main characters.

Can the dogs turn into humans? I guess so. That seems kinda werewolf style though.

Fruits Basket - One of the family is the dog. You see it more at the beginning than later on in the story, though.

Only a few chapters have been scanlated with the last two but they sound close to what you want. I quite liked them.
